CHED Gawad Parangal recognizes the CHED Merit Scholarship: My Success Story contest winners; “EDUKALIDAD: Parangal sa Kahusayan” Centers of Excellence (COE) Awardees; and Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) Awardees for SUCs and LUCs.
The event coincides with the 2nd National Higher Education Day and CHED’s 28th Founding Anniversary celebration.
The City College of San Jose del Monte received the EDUKALIDAD: Parangal sa Kahusayan for Local Universities and Colleges (LUCs) Award from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) at its Gawad Parangal on May 18, held at Quezon City University. Awardees include LUCs with more than 75% (for CCSJDM it’s 100%) of its program offerings have been issued Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC). The College President, Dr. Roger S. Ambida, received the award on behalf of CCSJDM, together with the Deputy Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Ryan B. Corona.
