Admission to the City College of San Jose del Monte is open to all San Jose Del Monte Resident.
Application Procedures:
Step 1: Submit a Letter of Intent

Step 2: Online Admission Test
You will be notified of your exam schedule through email
Step 3: Admission Test Result
You will be notified of your test result through personal email and through our official FB Page (citycollegeofsjdm)
Step 4: Initial Interview
Conducted by Dean/Program Chairs
Step 5: Enrollment
Submission of requirements to the Office of the Registrar
Admission Requirements:
Students who passed the City College of San Jose Del Monte Admission test (CCSJDMAT) and have satisfied all other requirements shall be eligible for Admission to College.
- Incoming students must submit the following requirements before enrollment:
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original and Photocopy of Form 138 (Report Card)/TOR
- Admission Test Results
- Medical and Dental (as applicable)certificate from any government clinic or hospital
- Original (Certified true copy) and Photocopy of Birth Certificate from PSA
- Photocopy of Voter’s ID or SK Voter’s ID of the applicant or Certificate of Residency
- Two (2) pieces 2×2 color ID photo; and
- Study permit (International students Only)
- Long brown envelope
- Transferees must submit the following:
- Honorable Dismissal/transfer Credential;
- Certified True Copy of Grades from previous school;
- Certified true copy and Photocopy of Birth Certificate from PSA;
- Recent Two (2) pieces 2×2 color ID photo;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character; and
- Proof of Residency (Voter’s ID or SK Voter’s ID of the applicant, parent’s Income Tax Return or Property Tax receipt, Barangay Certificate).
- A returning student must present the following requirements:
- Student Clearance and Certificate of Grades during the last semester attended.
- Letter of request to the College Dean/Program Head stating the student’s intention to continue his scholastic studies and his/her Leave of Absence (LOA) form.
- Shifting of Program/s
- Shifting of Program may be allowed only ONCE.
- The student who applies for shifting of program must have obtained the General Weighted Average (GWA) required by the program/course.
- Transfer of Credits
- Subjects are credited if the student meets the required grade of the chosen course. Those taken from the other College or Universities, a student who wishes should have good moral scholastic standing and seek approval and subject to evaluation of accreditation endorsed by the CCSJDM Registrar, seeing to it that the subject has the same descriptive title, course description, and units.
