Cross enrolment is discouraged and shall be subject to institutional policies, rules and regulation. However, for valid cause as determined by school officials (e.g. Dean, Programs Chairs, Registrar) and with the written consent of the institution he/she is regularly enrolled in, a student may be permitted to cross enrolled in another institution in a subject load not normally offered during a particular term:
The student is graduating and the subject is not offered during the particular semester.
The student must secure recommendation/approval to cross enrol from College Dean/ Program Chair and College Registrar before to cross enroll with other schools.
The student must request the Registrar’s Office of the school where he/she has to cross enrol to provide the City College Registrar with the schedule before cross enroll registration shall be done.
